Song Nr. 34 – We Remember John Lennon
John Lennon war und ist eines der größten Idole der LITTLE EARWIGS. Ohne ihn und seine „Beatles“ würde es uns definitiv nicht geben. Wir wären wohl nie auf die Idee gekommen, selbst einmal Musik zu machen. John wurde am 9. Oktober 1940 in Liverpool geboren. Seine Ermordung am 8. Dezember 1980 in New York hatten wir im Dezember 2015 bereits besungen („John Is Dead“). Exakt an seinem 77. Geburtstag, dem 9. Oktober 2017, bringen wir nun ein weiteres musikalisches „Memorial“ und ehren so auf unsere Weise, mit einem weiteren Song, einen Mann und genialen Musiker, der unser Leben auf eine entscheidende Weise mit beeinflusst hat: „We Remember John Lennon“.
